Photo Viewers

I’d like to use Windows Picture and Fax viewer for viewing images but whenever I double click a picture in My Pictures folder, it opens with Microsoft Picture Editor. The problem is I can’t navigate to other pictures using the left and right arrows. Can you help me?

I am uploading photos in Yahoo Photos and have some vertical taken shots, but the problem is when I upload it the picture becomes vertical making the viewer turn their heads sideways to view it and that’s not what I wanted. Please help!

putting a “Store Online” link in the “Windows Picture and Fax Viewer” (what a stupid name) so that as you lot of pics, you can click “Store Online” and then move on to view the next pic by pressing the right arrow, while the uploading keeps happening in the background?
